We are 100% Australian based with our head office in Sydney.

How long does it take to get a payout?

You will get confirmation within 24 hours. We contact you via email.


Can I make additional payments?

Yes you can. Should this result in early pay out there could be a termination fee. Please call us to discuss on 1300 780 895

Can I pay my contract off early?

Yes, of course you can. Do bear in mind that there may be some fees, depending on your personal situation. We can provide this information for you if you call 1300 780 895

What are your early termination fees?

My business is not going so well. I am having problems making my loan repayment, what should I do?

What are my payment options?

Payments are set up via Direct Debit and are monthly. You choose the date the monies are paid. It is not possible to chose a day of the week or other payment methods. 


What is PPSR and why is it important?

PPSR stands for Property Payment Security Registry. This will note any lenders charge on property assets in Australia.

Equipment Repair

Who do I need to contact if my equipment needs repair?

You should contact your supplier of the equipment to arrange for your equipment to be fixed. For Solar customers, we would also suggest you contact your Solar installer.
